Top Rated Stocks Under $10

I am not a big fan of stocks under $10. Bema Gold (BGO) is the only stock under $10 that I own. I am looking at JDSU but feel that JDSU is fairly valued at $3.00. If JDSU were to fall to $2.50 I will consider buying it.
