The Hypothetical Portfolio

I am participating in a little investment challenge for the next two months. I was given $1,000,000 hypothetical dollars. The maximum number of shares per transaction is 10,000 and the brokerage commissions are 1% of the order. This pretting much eliminates stocks under $10. Last time I did this I got fourth place out of about sixty participants.

Sell Short 10,000 China Natural Resources (CHNR) @ $15.73
